Buyer: The person whose name, address and contact details are entered when placing the order.
2. Subject
This agreement sets out the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of products ordered electronically by the Buyer from the siirtfistik.tr website, under Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation.
3. Product, price and payment
The type, quantity and weight of the product, the sale price including taxes, the shipping fee and the payment method are shown in the order summary and in the order confirmation email sent to the Buyer. Payment is made by credit/debit card, bank transfer or cash on delivery.
4. Delivery
Products are shipped to the address given by the Buyer with Sürat Kargo, usually within 3 business days and in any case within the legal limit of 30 days from order confirmation. Shipping is paid by the Seller on orders of ₺5.000,00 or more.
5. Right of withdrawal
The Buyer may withdraw from the agreement within 14 days of receiving the product without giving any reason. Notice of withdrawal is given in writing to [email protected]. For returns sent with the Seller's contracted shipping company using the return code provided, the shipping cost is paid by the Seller.
6. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
Under Article 15 of the Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal does not apply to products whose protective packaging, tape, seal or package has been opened after delivery and whose return is unsuitable for health and hygiene reasons, or to products that perish quickly or may pass their expiry date. Opened food products (pistachios, menengic coffee, etc.) fall within this scope.
7. Defective products
If the product is damaged, spoiled, defective or different from the order, the Buyer may exercise the remedies under Law No. 6502; in this case all shipping costs are paid by the Seller.
8. Disputes
Within the monetary limits announced by the Ministry of Trade, the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts at the Buyer's place of residence are competent.
The Buyer declares that they have read and accepted this agreement before confirming the order.
