Dispatch time
Orders are shipped with Sürat Kargo within 3 business days. Because we prepare our pistachios fresh to order, this may take a day or two longer in busy periods; if so, we will let you know.
Shipping cost
Shipping is free on orders of ₺5.000,00 or more. For smaller orders, the shipping fee is clearly shown in your cart and at checkout.
Delivery area
We ship to all 81 provinces of Türkiye. We do not currently ship abroad.
Packaging
Our products are carefully packed to keep them fresh and protect them in transit.
Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you can see the tracking number on your order page (or under My Account > My orders if you have an account).
