How is the Siirt pistachio different from the Antep pistachio?
Siirt pistachios have larger, rounder and plumper kernels; their shells open more easily and the kernel is softer and slightly sweeter. Antep pistachios are smaller and more elongated, with a greener kernel and a more pronounced aroma. See our blog post on what makes the Siirt pistachio special for more.
What is the difference between naturally split and hand-cracked?
Naturally split ("ana çatlak") pistachios open on their own as they ripen on the tree and have the plumpest kernels. Hand-cracked ("pense çatlak") pistachios are those that did not open on the tree and are cracked one by one; they are the same Siirt pistachio, the kernels may be slightly smaller and the price is lower.
Should I buy raw or roasted?
For snacking straight away we recommend roasted. If you want to roast to your own taste, use pistachios in desserts and cooking, or store them for longer, raw (especially closed-shell raw) pistachios are a better fit.
How should I store pistachios?
Keep them in an airtight container in a cool, dry place away from sunlight. For long-term storage the fridge or freezer is ideal. Our blog has a full storage guide.
Which payment methods can I use?
You can pay by bank transfer or cash on delivery.
Can I order without an account?
Yes. An account is not required; just enter your contact and delivery details. If you create an account, your address is remembered and you can follow all your orders from your account.
When will my order ship, and how much is shipping?
Orders are shipped with Sürat Kargo within 3 business days. Shipping is free on orders of ₺5.000,00 or more. Once shipped, you can see the tracking number on your order page.
Can I return a product?
Unopened products can be returned within 14 days of delivery. For health and hygiene reasons, food products cannot be returned once opened. If a product arrives damaged, wrong or spoiled, all costs are on us. See the Returns page for details.
Do you ship abroad?
At the moment we only ship within Türkiye, to every province in the country.
Can I place a bulk or corporate order?
Yes. For bulk purchases, corporate gifts or custom pack sizes, contact us on WhatsApp or by phone and we will prepare a special quote.
